HOW TO LIST YOUR SALON

List your salon on Elite Salon Alliance in a few simple steps. This guide covers the whole process: creating your account, verifying your email, setting up your salon profile, adding services and photos, and then using ESA's tools for bookings, billing, marketing and growth.

HOW TO LIST YOUR SALON

Part 1: Create your account

Step 1: Visit the website
Go to elitesalonalliance.com in your browser.

Step 2: Join the alliance
Click Join Alliance on the homepage.

Step 3: Create your account
Fill in the registration form:

  • Email address

  • Password

  • Account type: Salon Owner

Click Register.

Step 4: Verify your email
Open the email from ESA and click the verification link to activate your account. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder.

Step 5: Log in
Sign in with your registered email address and password.

Part 2: List your salon

Step 6: Start your listing
From your dashboard, click List My Salon.

Step 7: Complete your salon profile
Go to My Salon → Profile. Your profile has four tabs:

  • Basic Information: salon name, address, city, state, 6-digit PIN code and salon description. You'll also see your URL slug, which is your public listing address.

  • Contact & Online Presence: mobile number, email, WhatsApp and social media links.

  • Media & Branding: logo and salon photos (see Step 9).

  • Catalog: your services and prices (see Step 8).

Click Save Changes. Everything you save appears on your public listing and booking page.

Tip: write a description of 2–3 sentences that mentions your area, the services you're known for and what makes you different. Clients and search engines both read it.

Step 8: Add your services
Open the Catalog tab:

  • Choose a service category (hair, skin, nails, spa, makeup or grooming).

  • Add each service with its price.

  • Save.

Accurate prices help clients decide and book faster, and the same services are used in your Billing Terminal.

Step 9: Upload salon photos
In Media & Branding, upload clear, well-lit photos of:

  • Salon exterior and signboard

  • Reception

  • Interior and workstations

  • Service rooms

  • Your team (optional)

  • Before-and-after work (with client permission)

Step 10: Set your service area and booking options

  • Service area: enter your 6-digit PIN code so nearby clients can find you. [Confirm whether this is still a separate "Service Area" step or is now taken from your address.]

  • Booking Setup: set your opening hours and booking preferences, so clients can book online.

Your salon is now listed. 🎉

Part 3: Explore your dashboard

Your dashboard menu is grouped into sections:

SectionWhat you can doOperationsBookings: your booking calendar and appointment list. Analytics: revenue, payment methods and package performance.ClientsClients: every client in one list. Part 4: Next steps to grow your salon

Step 11: Launch your website
Go to Website Builder and work through the steps: Template → Menu & Sections → Content → Media → T&C → Preview & Post. Your site goes live straight away. Use Domains to connect your own web address, such as www.yoursalon.com.

Step 12: Add your team
In Staff Management, add each team member with their role (owner, manager, cashier or employee), salary, commission and weekly off. Each person logs in on their own phone, and their role controls what they can see.

Step 13: Start billing in ESA
Use the Billing Terminal for every visit. It applies GST automatically, credits each service to the right stylist, and keeps your reports and incentives accurate.

Step 14: Set up packages, coupons and offers
Create prepaid Packages and Coupons, and publish Offers to your public offers page and the ESA Customer App.

Step 15: Bring clients back with WhatsApp
Top up your messaging wallet in Messaging Settings, import your client list, and send your first campaign from Campaigns.

Step 16: Keep your profile fresh
Return to Profile whenever you need to update details, services, prices or photos. Reply to client Reviews, and post new offers regularly.
