Sourcing Made Easy: Connect with Vendors & Partners

Connect with vetted equipment, product, software, and training partners through a single searchable Vendor Marketplace and send structured inquiries as your salon admin to get quotes, demos, and partnerships faster

Every salon needs a reliable supply chain — equipment, product lines, software, training partners. The Vendor Marketplace puts all of that in one searchable place, so you're not chasing down suppliers one phone call at a time.

Browse the Marketplace

Vendors are organized by category, so you can go straight to what you need:

  • Equipment — chairs, dryers, styling tools, and salon furniture

  • Products — color lines, skincare, haircare, and retail inventory

  • Software — booking systems, POS, CRM, and other salon-tech tools

  • Training — certification providers and skill-development programs

  • And more categories as new vendor types join the marketplace

Browse freely, compare vendors within a category, and shortlist the ones worth a closer look — no commitment required just to explore.

Sending an Inquiry

When you're ready to talk to a vendor — whether it's a price quote, a product demo, or a training partnership — you can send a structured inquiry directly through their listing. No hunting for a contact email or filling out a generic "contact us" form.

Important: You must be signed in as your salon's admin account to send an inquiry.

If you try to send a vendor inquiry while signed in as a staff account, or while not signed in at all, you'll be redirected to sign in — this is by design, to make sure vendor communications and quotes go through the person responsible for purchasing decisions at your salon.

To avoid this hiccup:

  1. Make sure you're logged in with your salon admin account (not a stylist or front-desk login) before reaching out to vendors

  2. If you're not sure which account has admin access, check with whoever originally set up your salon's profile

  3. Once you're in the right account, the inquiry form will work immediately — no separate approval step needed

What Happens After You Send an Inquiry

Once submitted, your inquiry goes straight to the vendor with the details you provided (what you're asking about — pricing, a demo, a partnership, etc.). Response times vary by vendor, so if you don't hear back within a few business days, it's worth following up directly using any contact info the vendor has listed on their profile.

Getting the Most Out of Vendor Engagement

  • Browse a category fully before reaching out — comparing 2–3 vendors side by side usually gets you a better deal than contacting just one

  • Be specific in your inquiry (salon size, order volume, timeline) — vendors respond faster and more usefully to detailed requests than vague ones

  • Revisit the marketplace periodically — new vendors and training partners are added regularly
