Getting started: Customer campaigns
Plan targeted WhatsApp or SMS campaigns for eligible customers with a careful review before sending or scheduling.
Overview
Customer campaigns help salons send or schedule targeted updates, reminders and promotions. Campaigns should be useful, consent-aware and reviewed before launch.
Who can use it
Owners and authorised managers can prepare and launch campaigns. Other roles may have limited access. The selected salon and its wallet govern the campaign.
Before you begin
Confirm the audience, opt-outs, message, channel, media, timing and wallet balance. Use a message that matches the campaign purpose and your business identity.
Steps
- Open Campaigns from the marketing area.
- Select an eligible audience and review the recipient count and exclusions.
- Write the message, choose WhatsApp or SMS and set send now or schedule.
- Review the final text, media, estimated credits and delivery rules.
- Optionally send the test to one number, inspect it, then complete the required review and launch or schedule.
- Monitor the campaign history and delivery outcomes after launch.
Best practices
Segment by a useful reason to contact, keep copy concise and send at a considerate local time. Use the optional one-number test for important campaigns and never treat it as the audience launch.
Important rules and limitations
Opted-out or ineligible recipients are suppressed. Wallet credits and provider configuration affect sending. A successful test is not a delivery guarantee and edits to the audience, message or media can require a fresh review and test.
Troubleshooting
If launch is unavailable, review audience exclusions, wallet balance, required fields and the latest review. If delivery is partial, read per-recipient outcomes rather than resending blindly.
Completion checklist
- Audience and exclusions reviewed
- Message and media proofread
- Wallet estimate understood
- Test sent when useful
- Launch or schedule confirmed
