Getting started: Offers

Publish clear offers on your public salon profile with promotional details customers can understand.

Overview

Offers highlight a special deal on your public salon profile. They are a marketing presentation and do not replace a coupon or billing rule unless explicitly connected.

Who can use it

Owners and managers can create and publish salon offers. Staff may view published information but may not be able to edit it.

Before you begin

Prepare a specific title, description, discount amount or percentage when applicable, validity dates and clear terms. Confirm the salon profile is current.

Steps

  1. Open Offers from the marketing area or Getting Started.
  2. Create an offer with a specific title, description and promotional details.
  3. Enter any discount amount or percentage, validity dates and truthful terms available in the form.
  4. Preview the offer and publish it when the details are correct.
  5. Tell staff how to explain and honour the offer through the supported billing or coupon flow.

Best practices

Use one clear call to action, show the actual conditions and set an end date. Remove or update expired promotions promptly.

Important rules and limitations

An offer does not automatically create a discount in billing. Staff must follow the offer terms and the configured coupon or POS process. The offer form does not select an eligible service catalogue item, so describe scope accurately in the text.

Troubleshooting

If it is not visible, verify status, dates, salon selection and publication. If the bill does not accept the advertised discount, check whether a coupon is required and confirm its configuration.

Completion checklist

  • Title and promotional details verified
  • Terms and dates visible
  • Public preview checked
  • Staff briefed
