Getting started: Website builder

Create a clear, mobile-friendly salon website from your profile, services, gallery and booking information.

Overview

The website builder turns your salon information into a shareable public site. It works best after your profile and service catalogue are accurate.

Who can use it

Owners and managers with access to the salon can review and publish website content. Other roles may have limited or no editing access.

Before you begin

Complete your salon profile, add the services you actually provide, and prepare approved logo, gallery and contact material.

Steps

  1. Open Website Builder from the salon dashboard.
  2. Review the generated profile, service list, contact details and images.
  3. Edit the available sections using truthful copy and your preferred branding.
  4. Use preview to check desktop and mobile layouts, links and prices.
  5. Publish only after checking every section, then share the public site link.

Best practices

Lead with your location and strongest services. Use readable prices and current photos, and ask permission before publishing client images.

Important rules and limitations

The site reflects published salon information and available sections; it is not a replacement for a confirmed appointment. Hidden or unpublished catalogue items should not be described as available.

Troubleshooting

If a section is missing, save the relevant salon or catalogue record first and refresh the builder. If preview differs from an older shared link, republish after changes. Check the public link in a private browser window.

Completion checklist

  • Profile and services current
  • Mobile preview checked
  • Images authorised
  • Published link opened successfully
